We wanted to change our home internet and mobile providers at once, however mobilezone Letzigrund did not do their job - they screwed up and did not terminate the contract for the home internet with the old provider. We end up paying now for two contracts till our old contract expires (terminated eventually by us!). And the reaction of the mobilezone? After 2-3 reminders we got a message from a guy -with no apology- saying they would render a voucher for us but never mentioned how/when to use it and in fact we never received it! Needless to say since then they dont react to our messages.. This company is worse than a bad joke and such horrible companies should not exist in any country. I wonder how they can survive in Switzerland witch such a terrible client approach. Hands off!

Top Beratung !!!!
