Avoid! I was their patient for a few months in 2017. At the first visit they diagnosed me Keratoconus and started treating it. After that I made multiple visits over multiple months so they can treat my disease. My optometrist didn't trust the diagnosis and recommend that I check with the specialist (Elza Institute). The specialist confirmed that I don't have Keratoconus. I called Eye Factory to cancel the remaining treatment and told them what the specialist said. First they said: "ok, but we are sure you do have it and should continue", then called me an hour later: "ah, you don't have it, there must have been a misunderstanding". (Not on my side, even the last paper I got from them states "Keratoconus on both eyes"). After I sent them a polite letter asking for the refund (didn't even ask for all of it!), they refused talking to me. I had to involve Patientenstelle to continue the conversation. Extremely unprofessional. I didn't get my money back (~2000 CHF!). They are fraudsters!

Online Terminvergabe - gute Behandlung. Kurzfristige Terminvereinbarung war möglich. Diese Terminvereinbarung Online und ausserhalb der Bürozeiten abwickeln zu können, empfand ich sehr angenehm. Kaum Wartezeiten. An der Behandlung selbst gibt es auch nichts zu bemängeln. Alles tip-top.

Mega freundliches Personal, geben Alles für einen!!!! Sehr kompetenter Herr am Empfang, der dann aber so ziemlich alles macht in der Praxis...und immer gute Laune hat!!!! Weiter so!
I really have to say that I am beyond disappointed. We went in today for an emergency checkup for my brother who is on holiday here with us. We were there on time and there was nodody there, then, after waiting for the staff to arrive, we went in, got seen by the doc for 5 minutes and got charged CHF 374!!!! I really feel this was so overpriced for a literal 5 min check. I don't think it is fair to charge this ridculous amount of money for that. :(
