unfreundlich, unprofessionell & geldgierig: Haben sich geweigert meine im Top Zustand befindlichen Winterreiffen zu montieren, da dessen Profil angeblich nicht mehr strassentauglich seinen und Sie sich bei einer Montage strafbar machen würden. Wollten mir folglich neue Winterrreifen aufdrängen. Bereits vor einem Jahr beim Radwechsel, wurden mir Extraleistungen in Rechnung gestellt, welche zuvor nicht vereinbart oder offeriert wurden! Für mich, nie wieder!

Just visited Pneu Schaller for a tire change. They told me that since I had purchased my own tires, instead of purchasing new tires directly from them, that I would have to pay a surcharge. They told me it would cost CHF 240.- for a tire change. Apparently they normally charge CHF 140.- for this (which is still expensive), and I would have to pay an extra 100.- because they weren't their tires. This is completely unreasonable. I then went to a garage closeby, and they changed the tires for 120.- I would avoid this place, as it seems like they will rip you off if they have the chance.

Sehr gueti garage und schnelles service

Die Jungs sind wirklich super..... Bin schon bei mehreren Filialen von Pneu Schaller gewesen, aber die Filiale in Wollishofen ist eindeutig die Beste.

Klasser Service. Die Jungs sind schnell und machen sogar zusätzliche Sachen ohne Aufpreis (Staubsaugen beim Pneuwechel). Der Empfang sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Zudem bin ich überrasch gewesen als mir vom Kauf gewisser Sachen abgeraten (!) haben da sie angeblich für mein Auto nicht die beste Lösung darstellen. Das ist Fairness!
