Dürüm also refers to a variant of kebab döner. Simply put, if the twist was rolled, you have a Dürüm kebab. Very popular here in Zurich and everywhere to buy on every corner.
Originally, only mutton or lamb was used for doner kebab, but now - at least outside Turkey - veal or beef and poultry such as turkey or chicken are also common.
